I don't know what is in DAP leaders' heads, especially Karpal Singh and Lim Kit Siang's. They accuse the mainstream media of being tools of, and owned by, the ruling parties of Umno and Barisan Nasional. They accuse these mainstream media of twisting their statements and news to give the opposition a bad image.

But in the same vein, these same DAP leaders — again especially Karpal Singh and Lim Kit Siang — love to release press statements attacking other opposition parties to the very same media they criticise. DAP did this even when it was still in the Barisan Alternatif coalition instead of directly talking with their fellow members over the problems.

I think the only thing that the DAP can do very well is to release press statements and look like a spokesperson — or should I say, spokesparty — for the ruling BN or Umno.
