Recently, the Umno-controlled New Straits Times has again mounted political pressure to humiliate MCA president and Transport Minister Dr Ling Liong Sik over his alleged wrongdoings.

I think it is unbecoming of a Barisan Nasional ally to allow such backstabbing to happen in such a blatant manner.

What if thousands of MCA members and supporters publicly demand the Umno government to investigate the corruption allegations against its Wanita chief, Rafidah Aziz? Let us not forget, the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) reports of those cases are still displayed in full in many reformasi websites.

I think it is time for MCA members and supporters not to accept the status quo that only Umno plays the hegemon. It is time MCA members and supporters learnt to turn the tables and expose Umno's wrongdoings.
