I am curious about Umno's reaction to the news on the sale of Mokhzani Mahathir's stakes in Pantai and Tongkah Holdings to a non-bumiputra. Are there no bumiputra willing to buy the shares?

The last time Samsudin Abu Hassan tried to sell his stake in Landmarks to a non-bumiputra, all hell broke lose. Samsudin became a virtual outcast.

This time, not a murmur from Umno. After fighting so hard for 50 years, Umno now seems to acquiesce to this reduction of bumiputra stake.
