I would like to comment on the letter by EW, 'The good son' (April 28). First of all, I fail to see what his observation on Mokhzani Mahathir's decision to quit from the corporate world has anything to do with whatever reasons that the writer put forth.

It is unfair on the part of the writer to speculate on Mokhzani's departure. In the current political situation in Malaysia, I don't think the public needs to know your flights of fancy.

I would like to commend malaysiakini for doing a good job so far but there is also a need for accurate and factual reporting.

A word of advice to the writer, please check your facts before commenting on anything. Don't you know that you can be sued for libel if Mokhzani deems it fit? No wonder the number of mega-ringgit libel cases are on the rise in Malaysia.

Oh, by the way... if I remember correctly, Abraham does not have a son by the name of Joseph. His sons are Isaac and Ismael.
