MACC takes documents from K'tan Forestry Dept
A team of officers from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) took some documents from the Kelantan Forestry
Department in Kota Baharu today.
The team, comprising four officers from Putrajaya, arrived at the
department's premises at the Kota Darul Naim complex here at around 10am and left at 3.30pm, bringing along important documents believed to be able to help a corruption probe involving logging concessions.

The team, comprising four officers from Putrajaya, arrived at the
department's premises at the Kota Darul Naim complex here at around 10am and left at 3.30pm, bringing along important documents believed to be able to help a corruption probe involving logging concessions.
The department's director Abdullah Sani Shaffie, when approached, said the department had given its full cooperation in the probe.
However, he declined to reveal more details, saying such visits were a normal procedure when the MACC carried out investigations.
