Judge Slamat Yahya handed down the sentence on Tajulzairi Tajuddin, 31, in default six months' jail, after he pleaded guilty to the offence.
Tajulzairi, 31, was charged with using the Internet service application at IP address 112.137.162.108 or www.wanitamelayu2.com/login by providing obscene communication for commercial purposes to one Nurhalili Nadia Mustapha
Kamal.
He was charged with committing the offence at First Floor, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, Off Persiaran Multimedia, Cyberjaya, Sepang, about 5pm on June 10, 2009.
In mitigation, Tajulzairi, who was unrepresented, said he had two young children to support and promised not to commit the offence again.
Deputy public prosecutor Badius Zaman Ahmad, in asking for a deterrent sentence, said Tajulzairi had made huge profit by misusing the network service between January and June last year.
