The Umno general assembly which enters its last day continues this morning with tabling of the religion motion by Perak Umno delegate Datuk Rosli Husin.

Fourteen delegates have been scheduled to debate the motion at Dewan Merdeka, Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) starting 8.30am before winding up by president Najib Razak and deputy Muhyiddin Yassin.

Winding up will also be done by vice-presidents Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, Hishammuddin Hussein and Mohd Shafie Apdal.

The others are Wanita chief Shahrizat Jalil, Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin and Puteri chief Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin.

Some 2,543 delegates attended the Umno general assembly.
