Najib's chicken pox lesions healing well

He said in a statement that the chicken pox lesions were healing well and Najib's symptoms of gastritis had been resolved.
"He is now on a normal diet," he said.
Mohd Ismail said the prime minister was expected to be discharged in the next few days.
"Najib thanks all well-wishers for their prayers for his speedy recovery," he said.
Najib, who was down with chicken pox, was admitted to Hospital Kuala Lumpur on Thursday for further examination after he experienced abdominal discomfort.
The prime minister, who had his wife Rosmah Mansor keeping him
company at the hospital, received a visit from his mother Rahah Mohd Noah and younger brother Mohamed Nazim Razak.
Taib Mahmud pays visit
Since noon today, several cabinet ministers also visited him, including Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein, Women, Family and Community Development Minister Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, and International Trade and Industry Minister Mustapa Mohamed.
The other visitors included Sarawak Chief Minister Abdul Taib Mahmud, Rural and Regional Development Deputy Minister Hassan Malik, Inspector-General of Police Ismail Omar, Dewan Negara president Abu Zahar Ujang and Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
