The Shah Alam Session Court postponed to tomorrow the case of Aminulrasyid Amzah, 15, who was killed after a car chase in Seksyen 11 in April.

Judge Latifah Mohd Tahar made the decision after Salim Bashir, counsel for accused Jenain Subi told the court that another counsel, M Athimulan, had another case in Penang.

The proceeding today was for the defence to cross-examine the prosecution's 25th witness, Chief Insp Mazli Jusoh @ Che Kob of Selangor police forensic unit.

Police Corporal Jenain,48, is charged with causing the death of Aminulrasyid at Jalan Tarian 11/2 in Seksyen 11, between 1.10am and 2am on April 26.

The charge under Section 304 (a) of Penal Code provide for maximum 30 years' jail and fine upon conviction.

Deputy public prosecutor (DPP) R Kalaiyarasi appeared for DPPs Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar and Idham Abd.Ghani.
