Soi Lek appointed vice-chair of centrist parties group
MCA president Dr Chua Soi Lek was appointed as vice-chairperson of Centrist Asia Pacific Democrats International (Capdi) during the Centrist International Conference in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Capdi is one of the international non-governmental organisations formed by political parties which among others conduct a cross border exchange of ideals and opinions through dialogues.
Centrist Asia Pacific Democrats International helds its first executive board meeting at the Cambodian Prime Minister’s Office, and based on the Phnom Penh Declaration, Capdi calls upon all countries in the world to ensure long-term peace, security, stablility and prosperity in this region.
