The Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) is stunned by a claim that four of its seats had been awarded to the United People's Party (UPP).

UPP's Engkilili assemblyperson Johnichal Rayong is reported as saying that Chief Minister and State BN chairperson Adenan Satem had “approved” him and three UPP assemblypersons to contest in the 11th state election as BN candidates.
