The Finance Ministry has failed to locate business tycoon Low Taek Jho to issue him a summons to attend the Public Accounts Committee's (PAC) Sept 8 hearing on 1MDB business dealings.

"We don't know where he is. We have to find him first," said PAC chairman Nur Jazlan Mohamed when contacted by Malaysiakini.
