A video listing 51 reasons why Najib Abdul Razak can no longer be prime minister, has gone viral on social media.

The reasons listed include his inability to explain the RM2.6 billion in his personal bank accounts and supposedly not being able to keep his wife Rosmah Mansor in check.

The video appear to have been inspired from the book '50 reasons why Anwar Ibrahim cannot become prime minister' which was published in 1998.

At that time, the book was used as a propaganda tool against Anwar, who was then deputy prime minister and was subsequently sacked.

It is unclear who produced the latest video but it was uploaded on Facebook by Kelab Che Det, a supporters' club for former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Within four hours the video was uploaded, it had garnered 189,455 views with 7,552 shares and 11,534 likes.

Among the laundry list of reasons trying to justifying Najib's ouster include the 1MDB scandal, the fall of the ringgit, the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax, the rise in the cost of living, increase in toll, train and electricity price.

Other reasons include trying to scuttle investigations against him, use of money to garner support, spending on foreign consultants and not fulfilling BN's 13th general election manifesto.

It also mocked Najib of turning Umno into 'Untuk Mohd Najib Only' (for Najib only) and 'United Bugis National Organisation'.

Najib has consistently denied any misuse with regards to the RM2.6 billion. He has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing involving the political donation and has claimed there is a conspiracy to topple him.
