An attempt by Red Shirts Movement led by Ali Tinju to hand a memorandum at the DAP headquarters in Kuala Lumpur today, was fuelled by drama as he insisted on handing it to a Chinese only.

This was after Ali Tinju, whose real name is Mohd Ali Baharom, was greeted by Selangor DAP committee member Edry Faisal Eddy Yusof.

Edry had wanted to receive the memorandum which concerns DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng's controversial RM2.8 million bungalow purchase but Mohd Ali refused to hand it over.

"We want a Chinese to come out and receive the memorandum. We don't want a Malay. This has nothing to do with Malays," insisted Mohd Ali.
