Former Umno Batu Kawan Umno vice-chief Khairuddin Abu Hassan has filed a notice of appeal at the Kuala Lumpur High Court to inform that he would be appealing to the Court of Appeal over the failure to strike out the financial sabotage charge he is facing.

The application was filed by Khairuddin's solicitors from the Law Practice of Rafique at the High Court criminal registry today.
