Controversial business tycoon Low Taek Jho or Jho Low should return to Malaysia and testify before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) over his dealings with 1MDB.

In a coffee shop full of supporters, DAP senior leader Lim Kit Siang said Jho Low should face PAC because he has the most knowledge of the dealings in 1MDB, the embattled state sovereign fund set up by Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.
