PAC deputy chief: Other MPs can refer Hasan to privileges committee
Any lawmaker can propose that action be taken against Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairperson Hasan Arifin.
PAC deputy chairperson Dr Tan Seng Giaw said this in response to Hasan, who admitted that he had deleted sentences from the final report by the PAC on 1MDB.
Acknowledging how Hasan had admitted that he did alter something in the report, Tan said Hasan could also call a PAC meeting to rectify the situation.
