BUDGET 2018 | Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak has taken a swing at those who criticised the foreign investments his administration has secured, particularly from China.

His targets, Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali, and Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
