PM to Jho Low: This gov't does not interfere with judiciary

The Pakatan Harapan government does not interfere with the judiciary, Dr Mahathir Mohamad said today to fugitive financier Low Taek Jho.

The prime minister was responding to Low insisting on Tuesday that he would not get a fair trial in Malaysia over his alleged involvement in troubled state fund 1MDB.

"It must be because he knows he is guilty, so when he is guilty, he says the trial is not fair...
