CAMERON POLLS | DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang has congratulated BN's Ramli Mohd Nor for winning the Cameron Highlands by-election.

"I congratulate Ramli on being the first Orang Asli to be elected Member of Parliament in Malaysia," Lim said in the one-line statement tonight.

Lim was among the main figures campaigning for Pakatan Harapan in constituency.

The septuagenarian's succinct statement is a departure from his regular, more detailed style of writing.
