Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's appeal over the questionable appointments of former chief justice Mohd Raus Sharif and then Court of Appeal president Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin was today dismissed by the Court of Appeal.

A three-member bench led by Justice Abdul Rahman Sebli said the decision was unanimous based on the application by the appellant. The court made no order as to costs.
