Rosmah's second solar project graft case transferred to High Court

Rosmah Mansor's second graft case involving kickbacks received in relation to a solar hybrid project for rural Sarawak schools has been transferred from the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to the High Court.

This came after the High Court judge in Kuala Lumpur, Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali allowed the transfer application by DPP Ahmad Akram Gharib today...
