Chaos in Jakarta, Syed Saddiq trapped in stadium after Malaysia beats Indonesia

The frustration of Indonesian football fans boiled over as their national team suffered a last-minute defeat to Malaysia in a World Cup qualifier on Thursday night.

Supporters clashed with security personnel outside the Bung Karno stadium, which led the authorities to contain the crowd with tear gas.

Malaysia's Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman was among those trapped in the stadium after the match, which Malaysia won 3-2 ....
