Audio tape recording: MACC to question Najib and Rosmah today
Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak and his wife Rosmah Mansor have two appointments with authorities today in regard to several audio recordings released by MACC.
An MACC source told Malaysiakini that the duo will be at the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy (Maca) in Kuala Lumpur at 2.30pm.
"MACC will record their statements in regard to the audio recordings," the source said....

An MACC source told Malaysiakini that the duo will be at the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy (Maca) in Kuala Lumpur at 2.30pm.
"MACC will record their statements in regard to the audio recordings," the source said.
Before that, the police had fixed an appointment with the duo to record their statements to facilitate investigations into the same matter today.
Malaysiakini has learned that they are expected to arrive at Bukit Aman around 10.30am.
This was also confirmed by Bukit Aman CID deputy director Mior Faridalathrash Wahid yesterday.
Prior to this, police had recorded statements from 12 witnesses regarding the nine audio recordings disclosed by MACC, which the commission claimed to be evidence of a high-level criminal conspiracy.
These include Baling MP Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim (above), Najib’s former principal private secretary Shukry Mohd Salleh and Amhari Efendi Nazaruddin who was the former premier's special officer.
The recordings released by MACC on Jan 8 included, among others, an alleged leak of confidential information from the Attorney-General's Chambers to Najib.
Several other phone conversations also appeared to discuss investigations into the 1MDB scandal.
Among those heard in the wiretapped conversations include Najib, Rosmah, former MACC chief commissioner Dzulkifli Ahmad, a member of the Abu Dhabi royalty, and several other individuals.
