1. The Registrar of Societies affirmed that Dr Mahathir Mohamad (above) has resigned as Bersatu chairperson on Feb 24, but a party leader said only the Bersatu disciplinary board can make that determination.

2. An audio clip purportedly showing Mahathir appearing to agree to withdraw Bersatu from Pakatan Harapan during a supreme council meeting on Feb 23 is denounced as a fake by several people at the meeting.

3. A majority of top Bersatu leader leaders said the supreme council had made a clear decision on Feb 23 to leave Pakatan Harapan.

4. After updating its data, the Health Ministry has found that nearly half of Covid-19 cases in Malaysia can be linked to the Sri Petaling tabligh gathering from Feb 28 to March 1.
