Covid-19: Celebrating Malaysia Day in new norm



Malaysians celebrated the 57th Malaysia Day today, to commemorate the establishment of the Malaysian federation, despite facing the Covid-19 pandemic.

Although movements are limited due to the recovery movement control order, the spirit of love for the country was still evident in this new norm.

Without official celebrations in some states, like in previous years, various parties took the initiative to enliven the celebration on a smaller scale.

Pahang Menteri Besar Wan Rosdy Ismail had a friendly chat via video conferencing with frontline staff in Pekan, including the district police headquarters, hospital, fire station, and 505 Regiment Camp Sungai Miang.
