A taxi driver has appealed to the Court of Appeal in his legal bid to delist the Liberation of Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) as a terrorist group from the Home Ministry's list of banned organisations.

V Balamurugan filed the appeal last month, targeting an earlier Kuala Lumpur High Court decision to dismiss his judicial review application.
