This was informed by palace spokesperson Annuar Zaini, who told reporters that everyone would have to wait for the lawmakers, who are still negotiating.
"His Royal Highness has yet to be convinced that anyone (has the majority. We will wait until (the lawmakers) are ready to convince His Royal Highness.
"Once His Royal Highness is satisfied that a simple majority exists, then we can establish a government," he said.
Annuar was speaking to reporters after Perak ruler Sultan Nazrin Shah concluded several audiences with lawmakers and their party representatives.
The ruler is not scheduled to grant any more audiences tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Annuar clarified that the Umno delegation comprised both Perak Umno chief Saarani Mohammad and his predecessor Zambry Abd Kadir.
Annuar said Zambry had requested to accompany Saarani to the audience.
Apart from Saarani and Zamrby, the Perak ruler today granted audiences to Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, Perak PKR chief Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, Perak Amanah chief Asmuni Awi and Perak DAP chief Nga Kor Ming.
The palace had specifically summoned Bersatu and PAS assemblypersons for an audience today but none showed up, except Titi Serong assemblyperson Hasnul Zulkarnain Abd Munaim, who is aligned to Bersatu.
According to Perak PAS chief Razman Zakaria, his party had sought a postponement for the audience because they were waiting for instructions from the party headquarters.
Perak Bersatu claimed they did not receive an official invitation, but sources have told Malaysiakini that the party too was waiting for instructions.
Perak Bersatu chief Ahmad Faizal Azumu was spotted in Parliament today.
