Malaysiakini learnt that the swearing-in ceremony will be held at the Istana Negara at 10.30am tomorrow.
He reportedly holds a diploma in agriculture from Japan.
Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin's cabinet currently comprises 32 ministers and 38 deputy ministers, making it the largest in Malaysian history.
