Free food truck feast in Shah Alam at Keluarga Malaysia tour
A free food truck kenduri (feast) will be one of the main attractions at the Selangor Aspirasi Keluarga Malaysia (AKM) Tour, which will be held at the compound of the Shah Alam Stadium from Aug 19 to 21.
Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Ministry secretary-general Suriani Ahmad said the ministry has prepared as many as 40 food trucks to serve various types of dishes from 4pm to 7pm on Friday.

Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Ministry secretary-general Suriani Ahmad said the ministry has prepared as many as 40 food trucks to serve various types of dishes from 4pm to 7pm on Friday.
"By organising this food truck feast, visitors can enjoy a variety of dishes for free and Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob will also be there at that time," she said in Radio Television Malaysia's (RTM) ‘Selamat Pagi Malaysia’ programme today.
There will also be a conversation segment with Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Noh Omar at 2pm on Aug 20 and a career fair.
"Overall, there will be about 100 small and medium-sized industrial entrepreneurs and 109 activities during the three days of the event. This time, the Keluarga Malaysia Sale will be carried out by cooperatives," Suriani said.
She added that her ministry will also conduct a business matching session which will be led by SME Corporation Malaysia (SME Corp) and will bring anchor companies to meet with new entrepreneurs who have the potential to provide supplies in addition to expanding business opportunities.
The Selangor AKM Tour organised by the ministry this time carries the theme Usahawan Keluarga Malaysia Penggerak Ekonomi Negara (Keluarga Malaysia Entrepreneurs Generate Economy).
