Bersatu to debut in Sarawak

Perikatan Nasional and Bersatu will make their electoral debut in Sarawak.

Bersatu has been assigned three constituencies and PAS one.

Jugah Muyang will be defending the Lubok Antu seat while Ali Biju will defend the Saratok seat.

Jugah won the seat in 2018 as an independent while Ali won it under a PKR ticket.

Bersatu will also be fielding Duke Janteng for Bintulu.

PAS has been assigned with the task of fielding a candidate for Batang Lupar although its candidate has not been revealed yet.

PAS has had a long history of fielding candidates in Sarawak. None have been successful so far.

Unlike PN, the BN coalition did not reveal any plans to field candidates in the state.
