Community Communications Department (J-Kom) training and education director Hakim Ramlee and Bersatu information committee member Badrul Hisham Shaharin are being sued by J-Kom officer Abdul Wahab Abdul Kadir Jilani.

Abdul Wahab’s lawyer, Faizal Rahman, said Hakim and Badrul, also known as Chegubard, two were given 48 hours to respond to the summons.

“There are several matters (regarding the lawsuit) including (demands) for an apology and damages, and 48 hours have been given for both of them to respond to the demands presented,” he said when contacted by Malaysiakini.

However, Faizal did not disclose the amount of damages claimed by his client.

He said this when asked for comments on the letter of demand submitted by Abdul Wahab (above, right) today.

Earlier, Harian Metro reported that Abdul Wahab filed a lawsuit regarding the spread of a video containing lewd conversations between individuals who looked like former J-Kom director-general Mohammad Agus Yusoff and himself.

Previously, a video of a conversation with a man who looked like Mohammad Agus (above, left) went viral on Nov 17.

Because of that, Mohammad Agus resigned as J-Kom director-general and claimed the video of the conversation involving him was fake and edited by irresponsible parties.

At a special press conference regarding the issue, Wahab claimed he was made a scapegoat to bring down Mohammad Agus by an individual named Mr H.
