Kelantan Umno has challenged a PAS lawmaker to repeat his remarks against the police outside the state assembly, where legislative immunity does not apply.

Labelling Melor assemblyperson Wan Rohimi Wan Daud a coward, state Umno chief Ahmad Jazlan Yaakub criticised him for insinuating that Deputy Inspector-General of Police (DIGP) Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay and Kelantan police chief Yusoff Mamat were attempting to cast the state in a negative light.
