Malaysia and the Philippines share the stance that all humanitarian assistance to Myanmar must be delivered without discrimination or restrictions, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said.

He said this was agreed upon during a telephone conversation with Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr yesterday.
