Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim today launched the Kota Madani development project in Presint 19, Putrajaya, a major smart city initiative designed to be people-centric and environmentally sustainable.

The RM4 billion project will be developed by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd through a public-private partnership under the build, lease, maintain and transfer model, without utilising government funds at the initial stage.
