PARLIAMENT | Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming today urged Malaysian petty traders to appreciate the principles of Rukun Negara and stop loaning their licences to foreigners.

Speaking at the Dewan Rakyat, he revealed that the problem persisted despite local authorities having taken actions against proxies for foreigners.
