In a clear violation of the ceasefire declaration, Israeli forces continued their aggression against the Gaza Strip today, reported the Palestine News and Information Agency.

Occupation military tanks fired artillery shells towards civilians in the town of Bani Suhaila and the Sheikh Nasser neighbourhood, east of Khan Yunis and Gaza City.

Medical sources reported yesterday that the death toll from the aggression since Oct 7, 2023, has reached 67,913 Palestinians, with 170,134 others wounded.

Over the past 24 hours, a total of 44 Palestinians - including 38 whose bodies were recently recovered - along with 29 wounded, arrived at hospitals in the Strip.

Thousands of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, with ambulance and civil defence crews unable to reach them due to the massive destruction.
