The Kuala Lumpur High Court today fixed Nov 17 to deliver a ruling on Najib Abdul Razak and his son Nazifuddin’s appeal against its refusal to grant a stay of bankruptcy proceedings.

The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) initiated the proceedings following the duo’s failure to settle tax arrears of RM1.69 billion and RM37.6 million, respectively.
