A Bersatu division chief implicated in an RM1.1 million corruption allegation purportedly linked to the Jana Wibawa programme has pledged cooperation with any police probe based on a report by another Bersatu division leader.

Kota Melaka Bersatu division chief Hishamuddin Abdul Karim said he noted that Hulu Langat Bersatu information chief Shafiq Abdul Halim had lodged a police report alleging that he received approximately RM1.1 million in cash and various assets from a company linked to the Jana Wibawa programme.
