Senior army personnel Fauzi Kamis has been charged with criminal breach of trust involving RM5 million from the Armed Forces Welfare Fund. 

The 56-year-old major general pleaded not guilty to the charge before Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court judge Suzanna Hussin this morning.
