An express bus driver who went viral after being recorded driving with a woman seated on his lap should have his Public Service Vehicle (PSV) licence revoked, said Road Safety Council member Lee Lam Thye.

Lee also called for the company’s operating licence to be suspended, saying stern action was necessary to send a clear warning to others.
