The Attorney-General's Chambers has classified the police investigation into former MACC chief commissioner Azam Baki’s alleged threat against businessperson Albert Tei as “no further action”.

In a statement, AGC said a thorough review of the police investigation found that elements of criminal intimidation could not be established in the case.
