Fresh out of the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court, former human resources minister M Saravanan trained his guns on his detractors, whom he accused of bringing the charges against him to undermine him politically.

He challenged them to send their best candidate to contest against him in Tapah instead, but stopped short of naming those he believed were behind the move.
