Students have free nasi lemak and iced milo under the expanded supplementary food programme (RMT) at Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Seri Suria in Kuala Lumpur.
The revised RMT, which begins on Jan 20, 2020, sees the free food programme being expanded to more low-income students.
Previously, the RMT is only reserved for hardcore poor and disabled primary school students as well as those in orang asli schools.
It has now been expanded to include students in the "poor" category and not only "hardcore poor".
The first phase of the rollout involves 4,000 students in 100 schools.
