National badminton ace Lee Chong Wei is eyeing the next Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

However, the London Olympic silver medallist said until then he would focus on the Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea and the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, both in 2014.

"It will depend on my performance in the next two years. If I don't have any serious injury, I will make my presence at the 2016 Olympics.

Chong Wei lost 21-15, 10-21 and 19-21 to world's number one Lin Dan from China in the men's final at the Wembley Arena last Sunday.

Chong Wei and the men's double pair, Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong, were greeted by Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Razali Ibrahim and about 1,000 fans who waved the national flag and shouted words of encouragement.

Despite failing to bring home the gold, Chong Wei is satisfied with his performance in London.

"I only had full training for two weeks before the Olympics. I think I had performed better at the Olympics than in the world championship," he added.
