What we know as the model for education has been left largely unchanged since the industrial revolution. It’s no wonder that certain schooling systems have become synonymous with factories – churning out batches and batches of students with the same set of facts and certified by the same degree.

Since the industrial revolution, what we know as globalization has been realized. The notion of jobs has been flipped on its head and back again. Technology has caused a paradigm shift in the way the world works. The question then remains: “Why hasn’t education changed to reflect all this?”
