What happens when a township dares to dream beyond bricks and mortar? At Gamuda Cove, that dream takes shape in lush wetlands and retreats nestled in nature.
GL Play—the leisure and hospitality arm of Gamuda Land, recently signed Memoranda of Understandings (MoUs) with Enfiniti Escapes (M) Sdn. Bhd, One Universal Production Sdn. Bhd. (OUP), Wonderful Wildlife & Recreation Management Sdn. Bhd. (WWRM) and Seven Evernew PLT.
These collaborations will bring to life an immersive wildlife park, two distinctive eco-luxury resorts, and an indoor children’s attraction like no other — all thoughtfully embedded within key locations such as the 1,111-acre Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands (PIDW), the adjacent 90-acre Wetlands Arboretum, and The Hive, the township’s central hub.

“At Gamuda Land, we believe in always adding value to our townships. These additions form part of a larger story we’re telling at Gamuda Cove—a story about living well, with nature at your doorstep,” said Chu Wai Lune, CEO of Gamuda Land.
“They will complement our existing attractions like SplashMania and Discovery Park, offering something for every visitor, from thrill-seekers to nature lovers, and families with young children,” he said.
A New Chapter in Conservation Tourism
Partnering with WWRM, a conservation-driven zoo is in the works, introducing nearly 90 species — including the striking Black Palm Cockatoo and the rare Bat-eared Fox. The zoo will also build on GL Play’s popular Jungle School Programme with immersive learning experiences such as guided ranger tours, feeding sessions, and wildlife shows. These efforts will be guided by the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (PERHILITAN) to ensure biodiversity and ethical care remain top priorities.
"PERHILITAN welcomes this collaboration between GL Play and WWRM, which places conservation, education, and animal welfare at its core. We believe this initiative will not only foster greater awareness of Malaysia’s rich biodiversity but also contribute meaningfully to eco-tourism and family-friendly attractions in Selangor," said YBhg. Dato’ Hasnan bin Haji Yusop, Deputy Director General of PERHILITAN.
Nature Meets Indulgence: New Eco-Stays Bloom at Gamuda Cove
Beyond wildlife, two eco-stays experiences are also taking root. Enfiniti Escapes, famed for its glamping gem Tiarasa Escapes, will introduce Tiarasa Lakeside — a serene, wellness-focused retreat.
“Following the success of Tiarasa Escapes in Janda Baik, Malaysia’s original luxury glamping resort, Tiarasa Lakeside now becomes the next chapter in our journey. Blending the connection between one’s body, mind and soul with nature will always be at the heart of what we do. We are beyond ecstatic to create an exceptional experience at Gamuda Cove, designed to provide comfort while surrounded by the peace of nature,” shared Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina, Chief Dream Maker of Enfiniti Group and creator of Tiarasa Eco-lux Resorts.
“This collaboration is more than a partnership. It’s a shared vision — of creating purposeful destinations that honour nature, delight the senses, and inspire future generations,” added Tiara.

OUP, meanwhile, is reinventing existing PIDW chalets into luxury pool villas under the Hadi Premium Collection. With private pools, floating breakfasts, and lakefront views, these villas promise an upscale getaway steeped in natural beauty.
“OUP is proud to create experiences that celebrate the natural beauty of Gamuda Cove. Our vision is to offer a stylish, immersive retreat where guests can reconnect with nature in comfort and elegance,” said Alvin Lee, CEO of OUP.

For the little ones, TiniTin Town by Seven Evernew PLT offers a unique indoor experience designed by local artists. With whimsical streets and child-safe immersive play zones, the 9,000-square-foot attraction is tailored for children under 10 — bringing imagination to life while encouraging family bonding.
Dato’ Paduka Tan Say Yap, Director of Seven Evernew, shared, “Our vision was inspired by the carefree days of outdoor play — a place where children could run, imagine, and grow. We want kids to move freely, imagine boldly, and explore safely, while parents enjoy meaningful time alongside them. We’re proud to bring TiniTin Town to The Hive at Gamuda Cove, where it becomes part of a larger ecosystem that celebrates creativity, community, and connection.”
And the momentum doesn’t stop here. With ASAI Gamuda Cove hotel slated to open in 2026 in partnership with Dusit International, the township is positioning itself as a vibrant destination for both local explorers and international visitors.
Just minutes from KLIA and the ELITE Highway, Gamuda Cove is more than accessible — it’s a destination brimming with potential. With every new experience, it reveals itself as a place built not just for sustainability, but for a thriving, harmonious lifestyle — for visitors, and more importantly, for those who call it home.
