KPJ Healthcare Berhad (“KPJ Healthcare” or “the Group”) has been recognised with two major awards at the 10th Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Awards 2025, reinforcing its role as a leader in responsible, community-focused healthcare.

KPJ Healthcare received the Company of the Year Award for the Long-Standing Excellence in Sustainability Award and the Healthcare Group of the Year for the ESG Champion Award. Presented by Yang Berhormat Datuk Seri Dr Noraini Ahmad, Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development, the awards reflect KPJ Healthcare’s commitment to environmental responsibility, ethical governance and community care, in line with its transformation under the KPJ Health System.

Klinik Waqaf An-Nur (“KWAN”) is central to KPJ Healthcare’s long-standing commitment to community care. Established in collaboration with donors, local authorities and religious councils, KWAN delivers subsidised healthcare services through eight clinics, eight dialysis centres and nine mobile units. To date, it has served more than two million patients across Malaysia, providing essential care to underserved communities.

Recently, KPJ Healthcare extended this outreach through the KWAN Mobile Clinic at Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru. The initiative improve access to primary care and helps reduce pressure on the hospital’s emergency department, reflecting the Group’s proactive role in community healthcare.

Team KPJ celebrated the win with the Yayasan JCorp team who was also named as the Foundation of the Year under the Sustainability & Social Impact Excellence Award.
