The Commune Fest 2025 was an action-packed, long-weekend event filled with creativity and  excitement, as stalls, booths, and family- and pet-friendly stops were dotted across the easily  accessible Urban Park. Inspired loosely by the design concept of Melbourne’s Yarra River, the park  is home to frequent bazaars, fairs, and markets. It is strategically positioned with proximity to  major routes such as Federal Highway, North-South Expressway, LDP, NPE, NKVE, SKVE, and  KESAS. Commune Fest 2025 was held adjacent to SouthPlace Shoppes, all market attendees also  had direct access to the retail area, which houses the premium grocer and anchor tenant,  Mercato, as well as Eurodeli, Uncle Jack Fried Chicken, Red Cawan, Anytime Fitness, Fit Metrics,  MyNews, Healthlane Pharmacy, KK Mart, Mail Boxes Etc, and Quick Washing Lounge, with more  businesses to open in the pipeline. Visitors who had registered online received free cash vouchers  and were eligible for the Lucky Draw, winning prizes from Samsung appliances to other electrical  items.

Ixora Ang, Managing Director, Marketing & Sales and Business Development of Tropicana, said, “Tropicana Metropark is a sustainable and prosperous township that has successfully evolved to a vibrant community hub in Subang Jaya. Tropicana Metropark has played host to many successful social events and various fun bazaars.”

“Last year, Hello Bazaar attracted over 10,000 attendees, while the recent You Ni Bazaar drew  30,000 visitors across two weekends. We are pleased to have executed yet another exciting event  for the Subang community with the fully Halal Commune Fest 2025, which brought in a crowd of  more than 3,000. An ever-so-versatile neighbourhood and event, we see the continuous hosting  of bazaars and markets adding value to the community, while remaining aligned with Tropicana’s  mantra of redefining the art of living, sharing, and caring. Tropicana Metropark will also be home  to the Offline 16 finale, where a happening coffee rave will be held on 1 November 2025. Follow  us on our socials for our update,” Ixora added.
