Kuala Lumpur, 26 May 2026 – Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad (Allianz Life) recognises 300 of its top performing agents and agency leaders for their 2025 achievements at the Agency Awards Ceremony (AAC) 2026, underscoring the growing role of the agency profession as a career that combines purpose, entrepreneurship and real customer impact.
The event brought together Allianz Life Changers from across the country to honour outstanding achievements and appreciate those helping Malaysians protect what matters most.
Allianz Life Chief Executive Officer, Giulio Slavich, said the agency profession continues to gain traction as more individuals seek meaningful and flexible career pathways.
“I would like to congratulate our Allianz Life Changers for their achievements and the meaningful impact they continue to make in the lives of our customers,” said Giulio.
“All across Malaysia and the wider region, the agency profession has created entrepreneurs, enabled first-generation success, empowered women financially and opened doors for people from all backgrounds. Very few careers combine purpose, entrepreneurship, flexibility and human impact in the way this profession does,” he added.
This strong sense of purpose is matched by increasing professionalism and productivity within the agency force. Today, one in every 15 Allianz Life agents is a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) achiever, reflecting a high standard of excellence in financial advisory. In addition, 78 out of Allianz Life’s 120 agencies have attained Million Dollar Agency status, representing 65% of its agency force.
AAC 2026 also highlighted outstanding agency leaders and Allianz Life Changers for their excellence in leadership and customer impact, reinforcing Allianz Life’s focus on building a strong and future-ready agency community.
Among the top honours presented at AAC 2026, Datuk Tan Chin Sun was titled as Champion Supreme Agency Manager, while Dato’ Sri Norman Pang received the Champion for Highest Group Production award. Dato’ Sueann Tan was named Top of the Table and Highest Personal Sales achiever, and Jackson Low was acknowledged for Court of the Table and Highest Number of Cases.
The momentum of Allianz Life’s agency force has continued into 2026, with the agency recording its highest-ever market share of 14.5% in the first quarter of the year.
As Allianz Malaysia Berhad marks its 25th anniversary in Malaysia this year, the company remains committed to empowering more Malaysians through protection, financial confidence and meaningful career opportunities.
